If you’re like most meeting planners you probably have some questions that need answering. To help make your job easier, I have listed the most frequently asked questions I receive.

How long are your sales training programs?
My programs vary in length depending on your specific time requirements and goals. I can deliver a 60 minute keynote presentation or develop a multi-day workshop. The choice is yours.

Do you customize your presentations?
Absolutely! Every breakout session and sales training workshop is fully customized which means I create materials that are relevant for your session. This doesn’t mean adding a logo to a pre-prepared set of materials – it means I determine exactly what you want and need with respect to content and develop the sales training program accordingly.

When I conduct a keynote presentation, I incorporate examples that relate to your specific business so the attendees can better relate to them.

What topics do you specialize in?
My primary areas of focus are on selling skills, negotiating, employee motivation, coaching in the workplace, creating world class teams, and customer service. See Topics

Why are you qualified to speak on these topics?
I have been a business leader for more than 20 years and have managed businesses that employed over 100 people. Most of these were in the service industry which means I dealt with the challenges of motivating adults, while at the same time, worked at gaining commitment from franchisees and managers.

I have written a book on selling skills. Stop, Ask & Listen – Proven sales techniques to turn browsers into buyers was published by a major publishing house (John Wiley & Sons) and has sold over 7000 copies. Many retailers make this sales training book required reading for their sales associates and managers. Thousands of sales professionals have increased their sales by applying the concepts presented in this unique retail sales guide.

How much do you charge?
My fee is calculated on a program-by-program basis and varies depending on the complexity, length, and level of customizing. We also need to determine what additional materials are needed and the type of post-program support required.

Do you require first-class air travel?
Although I enjoy the luxury and comfort of first-class travel, I am also a business person and understand the importance of fiscal responsibility. Therefore, I will only request business/first class travel if I have to fly outside of North America. Otherwise, I will fly coach.

What about other travel expenses?
Typical expenses include ground travel to and from the airport, hotel and meals. I will not request an upgraded suite, long-distance charges, or outrageous meal allowances and I will never bill you for in-room movies or Internet connections.

What happens if we’re not satisfied with the program?
I’ll give you your money back. No questions asked. If I don’t deliver on my commitments to you, you won’t pay. It’s as simple as that.
